Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh said at a press conference that no one at the Fed favors a near-term rate increase. Asked about a suggestion that current data would support a hike, Warsh said the view "is not endorsed by any of the 19 participants present. We will meet again in six weeks and revisit the matter."
