Shenzhen property market stayed active in July: total online contract registrations for new and second‑hand residential units were 8,324, up 13.8% YoY. New-build registrations totaled 3,529, up 32.7% YoY. Year-to-date, higher-quality projects have continued to sell strongly, with average opening-day sell-through around 70%. Second‑hand registrations were 4,795, up 3% YoY, accounting for roughly 60% of residential transactions.
