IRNA reports the Tehran metropolitan military region commander said during a special‑operations exercise that Iran has moved beyond defensive and air‑defense postures and is on the eve of launching offensive operations, which adversaries will soon feel. He said Iran is forming strike teams, units and division‑level forces for special and lightning operations, has built rapid-transport and special‑operations capabilities, and is prepared to act quickly anywhere nationwide to destroy the enemy.
