Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said on the 29th local time it dismantled a U.S.- and Israel-linked "terrorist cell" in the Saravan area of Sistan and Baluchestan province. The IRGC said the group planned a series of attacks in the province and that forces seized 20 packages of explosives and explosive components, weapons and ammunition, and Starlink equipment.
