Shana, the Iranian oil ministry website, says repairs to the South Pars Phase 14 gas processing plant—damaged in an Israeli strike in June last year—are 70% complete. CEO Touraj Dehqani said the plant will be fully back in operation by year-end and the damaged sections will be fully reincorporated into the production cycle.
