Aug 21 — Iran Navy commander Shahram Irani said the waters east of the Strait of Hormuz and in the Gulf of Oman, key approaches to the Strait and the Persian Gulf, are "under Iran's full control." He said Iranian forces are monitoring all movements of foreign hostile forces around the clock, remain on high alert under the supreme leader's command, and would "soon give the enemy a major, historic, unforgettable lesson at sea."
