Chairman of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee Zhao Leji met Ecuador President Daniel Noboa in Beijing on Aug. 19. Zhao said China will work with Ecuador to implement leaders’ agreements, deepen pragmatic cooperation and strengthen multi-level parliamentary exchanges to enhance legislative, oversight and governance cooperation and provide legal guarantees for bilateral practical cooperation.
