The Ministry of Water Resources held consultations this morning on national flood control. As of 09:00, 45 rivers in Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Zhejiang and other regions remained above warning levels, with a maximum exceedance of 3.51 metres; 11 rivers remained above guaranteed flood‑control levels.
