Paks nuclear power plant said on the 10th that recent slow rises in Danube water levels improved cooling-water conditions and the plant began a phased power restoration that evening. The plant said it has started raising output at Unit 2. Hungarian Prime Minister Magyar earlier said Danube levels are about 19 cm above last week’s low, enabling the restart procedure.
