Fliggy said on Aug 9 it has activated an emergency response for Typhoon 'White Dolphin'. For bookings made before 00:00 on Aug 9 it will allow no-penalty refunds or changes for: Zhejiang hotels with check-ins Aug 9–10; Huangshan, Anhui hotels with check-ins Aug 9–11; and Lianjiang, Fujian hotels with check-ins on Aug 9. Consumers forced to cancel or alter travel by the typhoon can apply to Fliggy for lossless refunds/changes; Fliggy will cover refund/change losses.
