The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, has added Bursa Malaysia as a recognized stock exchange. Companies primarily listed on Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market may now apply for secondary listings in Hong Kong. The count of Southeast Asian recognized exchanges rises to four, joining the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Singapore Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
