Xiong'an will soon commission two satellite shared centers — a shared manufacturing center and a shared testing center — at the Xiong'an Sci‑Tech Innovation Center pilot base, Xiong'an Release reported on July 17. Equipment is undergoing final debugging; the facilities will be open to commercial space firms nationwide to reduce upfront capex, shorten test scheduling and cut satellite transport distances.
