Hainan has issued its '15th Five-Year' comprehensive transport (road and waterway) development plan to strengthen transport infrastructure for the Hainan Free Trade Port. The province has scoped 223 projects totaling 136.3 bln yuan: 130 road and hub projects (103.09 bln yuan), 83 waterway projects (31.29 bln yuan) and 10 digitalisation projects (1.92 bln yuan).
