CIMC Enric said its Shijiazhuang unit is delivering more than 300 Y‑type clean cylinders to Jinhong Gas in phased shipments. The cylinders are primarily filled with high‑purity carbon dioxide for chip-manufacturing cleaning processes to improve device performance and yield. The company also reported firm demand for its electronic-specialty gas tube-bundle containers, including equipment for helium and nitrogen trifluoride (NF3).
