At the morning close, China's most-active futures contracts were mostly lower: lithium carbonate fell more than 6%, Shanghai silver dropped nearly 6%, platinum slid about 5%, eggs fell over 4%, palladium and Shanghai gold declined more than 3%, and methanol was down roughly 3%. Synthetic rubber and ethylene glycol (EG) led gains, up more than 1%.
