SpaceX (SPCX.O) briefly saw its market value exceed Amazon (AMZN.O) and Microsoft (MSFT.O) on Tuesday and, within days of listing, entered the world’s top five by market cap. Options on SpaceX began trading Tuesday, and the stock’s turnover has topped $34.0 bln so far—several times the combined turnover of NVIDIA, Microsoft, Tesla and Apple—while NVIDIA, Microsoft and other large tech names slipped modestly that day.
