June 12, 2026 — The Supreme People's Court upheld the Suzhou Intermediate People's Court's temporary injunction, maintaining a ban that prohibits Infineon's related gallium nitride (GaN) products from being sold, offered for sale or imported into China effective immediately. On May 27 the Suzhou court found Infineon infringed two of Innoscience's core GaN invention patents, ordered an immediate cessation of sales, offers to sell and imports, and awarded Innoscience 10 million yuan in damages; the Supreme People's Court ruling finalizes the patent case.
