Tehran Mayor Zakani said the funeral for the late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has been postponed until after the 10th day of Muharram (Islamic lunar month). Zakani said the ceremony is intended to signal continuity of the late leader’s ideas and to express loyalty to the current Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei.
