Israel's defense minister Katz said any attack on settlements in northern Israel would prompt strikes on Beirut's southern suburb of Dahiyeh. The Israel Defense Forces will continue operations against Hezbollah inside Lebanon. Katz rejected Iranian threats and warned any Iranian attempt to link Lebanon to Iran to attack Israel would be met with a strong response, as it was yesterday.
