Brazilian President LULA said on the 3rd he will seek alternative commercial partners to limit the negative effects of U.S. trade policy. Speaking at a ministerial meeting, he said, If the U.S. doesn't want to buy, we'll sell to countries that do, and If they don't want to invest here, we'll find others. He added Brazil is independent and will not kowtow to major powers.
