Arm CEO Rene Haas said in Taipei that supply-demand balances for memory — including high-bandwidth memory (HBM), DRAM and NAND — are tight and will remain so for some time. He attributed the shortage to insufficient capacity expansion during the prior downturn, saying memory remains the hardest bottleneck to resolve.
