Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong said preparations to launch offshore China government bond futures have entered the final stage, with the official launch timing to be announced in due course.The move follows a recent decision by the China Securities Regulatory Commission to allow qualified foreign investors to participate in China Treasury futures from Apr 24, 2026, for hedging purposes only.
