【国家防汛抗旱总指挥部：台风“巴威”正在逼近浙闽沿海】金十数据7月10日讯，7月10日，国家防汛抗旱总指挥部办公室印发通知。通知指出，今年第9号台风“巴威”正在逼近浙闽沿海，将于7月12日凌晨在福建霞浦至浙江温岭一带沿海登陆（强台风或台风级，13~15级，40~48米每秒），登陆后向西北方向移动。受其影响，10日至13日，我国华东、华中、华北、东北等地预计将有大范围强降雨过程，影响范围广、强度大，部分地区极端性显著。

The office of the National Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters issued a notice on July 10 saying Typhoon Bavi is approaching the Zhejiang–Fujian coast and is expected to make landfall in the Xiapu (Fujian) to Wenling (Zhejiang) coastal area in the early hours of July 12 at strong-typhoon to typhoon strength (wind scale 13–15; 40–48 m/s). The system will move northwest after landfall. From July 10–13 widespread heavy to torrential rain is forecast across East, Central, North and Northeast China, with broad coverage, high intensity and extreme rainfall in some areas.
