Lu'an Environmental Energy said at its 2026 interim results briefing that short-term PCI coal output is constrained by approved production quotas at existing mines. Medium-to-long-term incremental supply will depend on commissioning of new projects including the Shangma and Yaojiashan mines; together with stable production at current mines, the company expects to gradually expand PCI coal supply.
