Apple (AAPL.O) said in court filings that new evidence was found on MacBooks OpenAI provided to the company on Aug. 21 and that the material is part of its trade-secrets lawsuit. Apple has asked a U.S. federal court to accelerate discovery in the case against OpenAI.
