Dutch water authorities said on the 10th the Rhine's average flow at the Lobith gauging station over the past 24 hours fell to 614 m3/s, the lowest on record and below the 1947 daily low of 620 m3/s recorded on Nov. 4, 1947. Authorities said the situation is unlikely to change in the short term and water levels are expected to decline further over the coming days.
