CNOOC said the world's first 16 MW tension-leg floating wind platform Haiyou Anlan has connected to the Lufeng oilfield grid and begun supplying green power directly to the offshore field, marking an advance in China's deep-water floating-wind equipment and a new technical route for offshore wind development.
